"Josh is a great trainer! Professionally I have the opportunity to work with many personal trainers on a daily basis and have the utmost respect for Josh and the skills that he has. Josh really cares about his clients and is able to help clients train through and around dysfunction and injury in order to reach their workout goals. His attention to technique and innovative training programs are fantastic. I recommend Josh to my friends and family!"

"I do not exercise well nor do I especially enjoy it. I get bored and often do things half-heartedly at best. When I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 32, exercise became even more of a challenge. When the excess weight really started piling on, it became one more hurdle to getting the exercise I needed.
I made the decision to work with a personal trainer but was nervous that a trainer would not be sensitive to my joint issues and constantly changing abilities because of flare-ups. Josh has been great to say the least. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and knows exactly how to work with me and my health issues.
I always look forward to working with Josh because I know I am going to feel so much better and stronger after the workout than I did before we started. I love working out in the privacy of my own home. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a trainer whatever your goals. Josh has always been extremely encouraging and supportive and actually has me enjoying exercise. I call him my biggest cheerleader"." --Barb C.--

WHY I EXERCISE...
"The biggest reason that I execise and try to improve is that, simply put, it just makes me feel better. That feeling just did not happen overnight but after just a few weeks excercising dramatic changes happened. The stiffness of muscles being used in a different way changes to those muscles being noticeably stronger and more flexible. Measurable progress in stamina and balance also occured. This all added to the overall feeling of well-being. All that I have to do is skip a few days to remind me of how poorly I used to feel. It has become a game to challenge myself to see how far I can go. Just add the fact that there is abundant information that links good physical condition with good mental faculties, longer life and better quality of life and there is no reason to do anything else but exercise. "I exercise because it feels good to ride my bike and go fast. (relatively speaking... I ain't no lightweight youngster but I put on about a thousand miles a year) I can get on the bike feeling kinda punky and start out riding 12 mph and it feels I'm never going to make it a couple of miles. By the end of five, I'm doing 18 mph and pushing 20 and feeling ALIVE!" -- KEN S.--
